  1. Can I change the delivery address or Delivery date of Order?

We can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered.

  1. What if there is a problem in Product or Product not delivered?

 
If there is any problem in product or quality or non-delivery of the products you should contact us and we will resolve the issue at its earliest.

 

  1. Will my Order Deliver on the same day?

 

Yes, you can place Order before 3:00 PM IST for Same Day Delivery. After 3 PM please contact our customer care for same delivery before ordering.
Deliveries to be done in morning [10 AM- 1 PM slot]  should be placed on or before 6 pm previous day.

 

  1. Do you Deliver Midnight Order?

 

For Midnight Delivery Prior intimation is required and is based on the availability of our staff. Please contact our customer care for midnight deliveries.(Midnight delivery will be chargeable)

 

  1. What if Recipient is Not There at the Given Address?

If Recipient is not there at his/her delivery address then the order will be considered as delivered. Cakes are perishable items, Hence delivery will be made only once.

 

  1. How do I come to know my order is Delivered Fine?

We will send an email and SMS(only Indian mobile numbers) to you confirming the delivery. Also if for any reason the order can not be filled, you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as we found the problem. If you know that the order did not reach at its delivery destination you may contact us at help@myovenfresh.com to claim a non-delivery with reference to your Order Number

Yes, every order at MyOvenfresh is made fresh. Once you place the order the chef starts baking your cake. That is why no one comes close to beating our quality, freshness and taste.

Fresh Cream Cakes and Pastries 2 days if refrigerated.

Butter Cream Cakes and Pastries 2 to 3 days.

Of course, you can! While filling the details in the product section, kindly specify your message while placing an order. Myovenfresh will have the personalized message on the cake.
